About Pasillo de Humo Restaurant
The aim of the Chef Celia and her son Alan, the capital is to share with guests the taste of Oaxacan state on each plate. In Corridor Smoke, corn, beans, herbs, oregano and thyme know authentically Oaxaca, since most of the products and ingredients used are brought directly from there. The breakfasts are traditional, while lunch and dinner have a contemporary twist. Safety pins to visit are black and almond mole, which can accompany with chicken, duck, pork or beef tongue, and chiles stuffed water splash vinaigrette with pork, a delight.
