Jazamango comes from the arugula plant, which grows wild and has a strong root as its very particular flavor, so is the Jazamango essence, a unique gastronomic experience that combines ingredients from the land and the sea of southern Baja California. This project is led by the famous chef Javier Plascencia, who bases his cuisine on a mixture of local products and organic ingredients from the garden to the table, which gives a unique and representative flavor of Baja.
