Japanese haute cuisine restaurant, with an innovative style, and unique, since its concept is based on the 'robata', a sustainable Japanese grill, which uses a cooking technique with a special charcoal that is brought from Japan, called binchotan: an active carbon made from branches from sustainable sources; which is what gives food a slight smoky flavor characteristic of this Japanese technique.
