More than 10 years have passed and this place is still a classic for breakfast. It offers traditional food from Aguascalientes inside an 18th century mansion, where gastronomy, traditional music of the region and architecture mix.

It has a buffet or, if you prefer, you can order à la carte where you can taste some of its most requested dishes such as the traditional chile de aguacalientes, pacholas, chilaquiles or a delicious pozole.
