If you cancel 10 days or more before your arrival date, there will be no charge. However, if you cancel less than 10 days before your arrival date, a penalty fee of 50% of the total stay will be charged.

You can check in to your reserved room at 3:00 PM, and check out by 12:00 PM on your departure day.
