On the night that no one sleeps from August 14 to 15, the Virgen de la Caridad is lowered from her altar in her basilica and taken in procession through the streets of the city, upholstered with beautiful rugs made of sawdust and flowers .

Other activities that you will enjoy are: the Carcachas Race, the Flower Parade, the Night of Burladeros and the highly anticipated Huamantlada (when they release bulls that chase the intrepid who are running through the streets of Huamantla).
