About The Palace of Fine Arts

Starting construction in 1904 under supervision of architect Adamo Boari is until 1934 that opens then known as the National Theater in part because of neglect during the Revolution.

Now it is home to the National Symphony Orchestra, the National Dance Company, the Opera de Bellas Artes and the Chamber Orchestra of Fine Arts. It also has two museums: the Palace of Fine Arts and the National Museum of Architecture.

Museum: Open Tuesday to Sunday, from 10 am to 6 pm
