Located in the Mixteca Alta, the convent belongs to the Dominica route. What was an important shrine during pre-Hispanic times, the magnificent convent can admire today was built. You can see the open chapel and the main temple, which consists of a single ship with a very simple facade. Inside the Regional Museum it is housed Yanhuitlán Santo Domingo with an exhibition of religious art.
