As part of the educational work of the Jesuits in New Spain, it was born in 1583 the Colegio de San Ildefonso. The building as we know it today, came from a remodeling during the first half of the eighteenth century.
Currently managed by the UNAM, CONACULTA and the City Government, exhibitions are presented consistently and complementary activities such statements are made.
