About Del Carmen Temple and Convent
Without doubt the most luxurious city temple, built between 1644 and 1655 with a Baroque-style churrigueresco. Before had a graveyard in the front, where they were buried the most illustrious personages of the city, within religious and benefactors were buried.
Its main altar is made of pink stone and the interior can also see the organ in the choir, a sculpture of Christ the nineteenth century, among other riches.
