About Preserves Santa Rosa
Santa Rosa de Lima is famous for the seasonal fruits that occur as xoconostle, pear, yellow plum, strawberry and gooseberry; and therefore since 1998 a community of women have been dedicated to producing handcrafted jams, ates, sweet caramel, pickles, fruit liqueurs and other natural products.
