About Teotitlan del Valle
A charming village famous for the beauty of its production and wool textiles as rugs, blankets, curtains and clothes, which are made in large wooden looms with traditional designs frets, Zapotec and Mixtec taps. They are also painted with natural dyes.
On your tour you will visit the home of some craftsmen, give a tour of the temple the Precious Blood of Christ and the Craft Market.
How to get
To get to the community, you take the bus that takes you directly to Teotitlán in the Oaxaca supply center, which leaves you one block from the center of the town.
You can also take a collective taxi that goes to Tlacolula, Matatlan or Mitla and get off at the Teotitlan cruise, cross the road and take a collective from Teotitlán or a motorcycle taxi.
Cost is between $ 15 to $ 20 mxn per person approximately.
