About The Museum of Mineralogy

Responsible behind this museum is Don Miguel Romero Sanchez, who throughout his life was dedicated to assemble a collection of over ten thousand samples of minerals that give a historical and geological landscape of the earth's crust.
Opening in 1998, a year after the death of the scientist, now you can admire the shape, texture and color of these minerals; as well as a display of rocks, fossils and meteorites.
