About Convent of Santa Cruz
It began as a small chapel built in the sixteenth century to which was added the convent and the church becoming one of the most historic buildings in the city. In its main altar is exhibited the quarry cross that appeared in the sky and that is part of the legend of the conquest of Queretaro. Now a museum is a must when you pass through this city and its corridors have a lot of history to tell.
