Calakmul Archaeological Site

Located in the southeast of the state, this prehistoric settlement became the capital of the Mayan state and enemy of Tikal. On site there is a total of 117 trails and many burial tombs where vessels have been recovered and clothing officials. Located in the middle of the jungle, not only will impress its monumental buildings, but also the great diversity of flora and fauna that surround it.
