About Archaeological Zone of Cholula

Here is the Tlachihualtepetl, which means 'handmade mountain', and which is also known as the Great Pyramid of Cholula. It is the world's largest pyramidal base with more than 400 meters per side, although not the highest it has 65 meters high. The pyramid is dedicated to the god of rain: Chiconquiahuitl. In addition to other structures, you'll see two important murals: the drinkers and the grasshoppers.
