About Historic Downtown

In this charming town south of Zacatecas you can stroll through its streets that are a reflection of its Colonial history. This place to visit was founded in 1532 as Guadalajara, it was Nuño de Guzmán who arrived in Zacatecan lands a couple of years before. Visit his Parish to San Francisco de Asis, the Moreno Garden, the House of the Ruiz, the Garden of Martyrs of 64, among others. The typical of the place is the saddlery and from this you can buy several items.
