This place to visit was founded in the late sixteenth century was the symbol of the presence of the Franciscan Order in the region. However, the original building was demolished and the one you can now witness was finished in 1738. Its style is completely baroque and gives an air of that viceregal era in Mexico. Inside the temple, next to the convent, walk the wide corridors and do not miss the fountain with a bronze statue of the saint.
