About Charly's Vegan Tacos Restaurant
With an extensive experience in the culinary world, Chef Charly decided to create a new concept in Mexican cuisine with vegan techniques and traditional recipes from his grandmother, creating his own style full of textures, aromas and flavors. Utilizing local organic ingredients such as white corn cob, chaya leaves, criolla squash, kabax beans, among others, creates unique dishes. The most requested are the tacos al pastor and chicharrón that you can accompany with their homemade sauces!
