About Fort of Lorerto and Guadalupe
Built on the hill of Acueyametepec were originally chapels giving the turn to the military fortifications late nineteenth century. This is the place where took place the historic Battle of Puebla on May 5, 1862, where the Mexican army defeated the French. Now restored, you can visit these strengths with a guide who will tell you the salient facts of this important battle.
