Housed in the Baluarte de la Soledad which represents the typical military architecture of Campeche and was built in the late seventeenth century, becoming a museum since 1958. The space, the museum collection and the furniture have been enriched and finally in 2005 with reinaugurarse current name. Inside you will find architectural elements of four Mayan regions: North Peten, Rio Bec, Chenes and Puuc.
