About The Chapultepec Zoo
Opened in 1924, it is one of the most emblematic places of the city. After a renovation in the nineties, now they can see its 243 species of birds, mammals, reptiles and amphibians in their proper bioclimatic zones. Among the most popular species is the giant panda and the lowland gorilla. It also has aviary, interactive museum, food area and educational area.
