About Museum of the Revolution South: Cuartel de Zapata
This was the center of military operations of General Zapata during the revolution. It now houses the Museum of the Revolution in the South, inaugurated on April 10, 1969, 50 years after the death of the leader. In his collection you'll find photographs, coins and objects of the time, with emphasis on the life and work of Zapata.
In addition to general personal items, you'll see the clothes he wore when he was executed and his saddle.
