Bread of Bustamante
Something traditional in Bustamante is his homemade bread, elaborated for more than 100 years in wood oven. Among the most requested pieces are the Semites of anis and the Semites blasted with honey of piloncillo, which shows its origin tlaxcalteca, but also they are the polkas, coyotas, walnut empanadas, pineapple and cajeta. We recommend the bakery La Superior and Casso de Luna, located at the entrance of the village.
