Ecological Reserve of the Mineral of Our Lady
A paradise to explore. It is a space of 5,000 hectares full of deciduous subtropical forests, with 14 species of mammals, 9 reptiles and 108 birds.
It has trails that allow you to explore beautiful landscapes and reach the highest part of the mountain, where you will find the foundations of a reckless Tyrolean, consisting of four shots of 45, 180, 500 and 750 meters long. Without deviating from the path of the trail you will arrive at the aviary of the “Green Macaw” where you will find dozens of specimens.
This aviary is considered the second largest in the country in this species. Also, if they decide to walk 2 kilometers upriver, they will find a series of petroglyphs, already in the state of Durango, which are proof of the civilizations that had their settlements in place.
