In this house lived caudillo of Independence for several months in 1812, this museum is one of the main attractions of Cuautla was established since 1947. It is also believed that the place, dating from the eighteenth century, it was used as barracks by Emiliano Zapata.
With eight different rooms displaying archaeological and historical pieces, the main theme revolves around Jose Maria Morelos y Pavon and Emiliano Zapata.
